Actually the day yesterday got better after I got to work. Got word that Nancy was released from the hospital so all the tests came back clear. I am also getting to work a full 39 hour week which ROCKS!
The bummer for yesterday? It snowed and sleeted so roads were poopy. Then I won free tickets to the Cheetah Girl's performance last night but couldn't make it due to the distance and road condition. Poop. Oh well, Peanut will get to go some other time. She loves the Cheetah Girls and Hannah Montana. My girl is growing up.
Today I got Peanut to school and then I am chillin' at home until I go pick her up. Today is the year mark at work. I have been there for a year now and I still love it as much as day one. I am off today but I am buying a cake for my co-workers, mainly because I am shopping during Employee Appreciation Days. I get 30% off today and I had a few coupons to hand out to friends & relatives that gave them 15% off at PetSmart.
I know it is still early today but I can see this being a much better day than the previous two. I work tomorrow, Friday & Sunday.
