Yesterday

Well I tried posting earlier with pictures and was all done when the computer crashed so I am not posting pics this time.



We started at 10:30am with a trip to Union Station. My mother was in town for an even at my sister's church (I believe) and so she wanted to take the kids to ride the Holiday Spirit train at Union Station. The kids also looked at the large model train town set up. Bullfrog is still very much into trains while Peanut loves Thomas the Train, circus trains, and Polar Express. After Union Station we walked over to Crown Center using the indoor link. We went to Fritz's restaurant where we ate lunch.

We raced from there over to my mom's group's Christmas party at one of the mom's homes. The kids decorated cupcakes and opened gifts from "secret Santas." Peanut got a mini Barbie, while Bullfrog got a transformer. Both kids were ecstatic.

Later that evening was the Christmas party at our church. We stayed from 6:30-8pm even though the party went much later. We were exhausted and I had enough of large crowds.
