Beginning of September

September is upon us. We have had FANTASTIC weather for this summer in my opinion. September brings back busy schedules!


Bullfrog - in school we will be starting to write letters with fun things. Sand, Twizzlers Pull & Peel, Pudding, etc. He is learning to read and is enjoying Starfall.com. September 27th is his scripture day at church so I will be glad I am not working the night of the 26th! I will get to go help him, even though he doesn't need much help anymore.

Peanut - 1st grade is going really good. She is walking from school to K's house in the afternoon where I pick her up. She sometimes eats lunch at school, and other days I pack it. She almost always eats breakfast at school though. On the 19th she has her cheer clinic and then the game is the night of the 25th. Let me know if you want to attend and I will give you the time, place, and price. She is currently selling fundraising items so if you want to buy some wrapping paper, magazines, chocolates or baking mixes, email me!!

Me - I am working most Thursday thru Sundays but will not work the night of the 12th, 25th or 26th. We have completely finished cleaning the grout in the lobby. We were planning on starting the hall, bathroom and cat room but had an issue with the drain to deal with so that is still in the works. I am still teaching Bullfrog school on Tuesday thru Thursdays and am enjoying getting to cook for my family and occasionally for a friend of mine.

Jer - He is still working for Treat America but we have a vacation coming up! He will be off from the 7th thru the 11th so we are going to go to the Renn Fest on the 7th. The kids don't have school and Jer doesn't have to work the next day ... and I don't work that night. Woot. We will end his vacation off with a date night. Haven't had one of those in a while!

I think that is everything for now. Have a great September and I will be back later. Time to finish cleaning the drains at home and then time for Bullfrog's school!
