Is it only Tuesday?

Wow has it been a long week! What's worse ... it has just begun! *eye roll* Braxton Hicks at least were non-existent today ... until this evening. I didn't really do much today as I was trying to rest and take it easy to prevent them. However, when I started making dinner, back they came. Dinner was a HUGE success though. We tried a new recipe from Kraft called Mini Taco Salads. They were a big hit and then since we had a "Mexican" dinner, I did a Mexican dessert. I made rice pudding. Next time we will try it with minute rice cause the rice didn't cook as soft as I had hoped. Kids and husband LOVED it though.

For the photo of the day, I am posting another Plaza photo my daughter took last weekend. I loved almost all the photos she took and am having a hard time finding a favorite.
