I have not even had a chance to breathe this week! I have not done any articles for my work and feel like I have barely tread water. We have been preparing for Monkey's first birthday party but there is SO much going on behind the scenes as well that I am not ready to talk about yet. We have cancelled some plans for later this month ... postponed other plans. I am reading 2 books to review soon, working on a few rag blankets, and more. I didn't even get the kids Easter outfits sewn.
While I think about all that didn't get done ... I get a little frustrated and down. HOWEVER, I then think about all the reasons that things didn't get done and smile. My baby girl is ONE and my son is done with school for the year. Adella just finished state assessments and my living room carpet has been cleaned! I have made a printable cleaning schedule as well that hopefully will help the kids know when I am doing what.
Sure things have been frustrating and constantly changing but there is so much more on the horizon!
