Life Isn't Always Fair

We told Adella that she could start violin when she turned 10 years old. However, she went back to public school and they had orchestra in 4th grade. That meant she started when she was 9. JJ has been wanting to do guitar since he was very little. We told him that he had to wait until 10 unless he performed in school.

Well ... life doesn't always work that way.





Yup, he was gifted a guitar this year. Just shy of his 9th birthday. While some may think we should have held onto it until he was older, but I am not going to dictate what people give my children. That isn't how I roll.

So, without further ado ... I give you the boy and his guitar!
