So, last week I went caffeine free and by Friday, I decided that I want to really push this weight loss journey of mine. While it is not Friday just yet, I want to give anyone who wants to join me in losing weight. It doesn't matter if it is a nagging 5-10 pounds, or closer to 150 pounds. I am not going to do any diet plan that costs a lot of money. It is simply going to be me, eating healthy, working out, and blogging about my journey.
I will be doing this NORMALLY on Fridays.
I plan to weigh-in and keep myself accountable. I am still using
My Fitness Pal, but I also like a few free apps on my phone (Android):
- Fitness Buddy
- Runtastic (I have abs, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats)
- Map My Fitness
After spending 30 minutes on my elliptical today, I can tell you this will be a LONG journey. However, it will be one that is totally worth it!
