Because we were on hiatus for a few weeks, we decided to up the ante for the week. I did Peanut's hair and makeup, but I also gave her a manicure with some Jamberry Juniors I had ordered. The entire makeover session was time consuming today, but the smiles and laughter always make it worth the frustration!
This week we opted to do a simple waterfall braid. I am still learning how to do French braids and I thought this would be a nice simple alternative. We did the braid with her hair slightly damp. It is a super simple braid, but not one that holds real well. I recommend it for days when your daughter isn't planning on doing much running or activities.
You know ... I probably could have put this blog in chronological order, but that would just totally make sense. I just got so excited about the ability to put a braid in my daughter's hair, I completely forgot to talk about the Jams we put on first! I LOVE Jamberry Juniors. I am not a huge fan of the Jams myself, but I do love them on my daughter. She opted for the Mustache manicure today.
We think they turned out AWESOME!
Okay, so AFTER the nails and AFTER the hair, we moved onto her makeup. First I am going to post a picture of the finished look ... but we also did a vlog review! Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
Looks like you girls had a blast! Adella looks so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI have written a blog post about Jamberry Nails products.
ReplyDeleteSeems to me they are cool way to just do stuff with someone else without all the expense of going to a pro to get your nails done.
All I know is, if I had a daughter I would so use them as an excuse to spend more time with her lol.
