If there is one thing that I absolutely hate is for things to get in my way. I like things that stack neatly and is easy to organize in a few minutes that I can squeeze in while chasing down toddlers. Plates are easy, so are most of my cups. Silverware is a breeze and so are cans of food. HOWEVER, I HATE pan lids. So does my husband. They annoy us to no end. I have seen several items on Pinterest ...
Well ... we kind of liked the the last picture, but I have no room in my cabinets to put those on the side like that. Oh, and did I mention I have toddlers?
I also have an AWESOME husband who can think of almost everything. He set up his computer desk and hooked the small speakers to the wall with Gorilla Hooks and loved how he had surround sound and didn't lose any space. That got him thinking ...
Why not combine those darn pesky unstackable lids, and put them on the wall! We still had a few hooks left ...
and about 20 minutes later ...
Is that not BEAUTIFUL?! This is empty kitchen wall space. The lid above our pan lids is for the miniature crock pot (our cheese dip). Then we hang the oven mitts on the same hooks. Husband is BRILLIANT and the problem is now solved. You are welcome!
