Whew, love being home during the day!

Well, my living room is getting closer to being complete. I just have some rearranging left to do and to get rid of our armoire and it is done! The bookshelf and the computer chair have both been sold. I guess I also have a container of crap on our couch I have to figure out where to put the stuff.



Today, what we did:
1. Woke up to having one of our inflated rings of the pool punctured so now we have to get a patch kit. I am not sure if someone punctured it or if the kids are lying to me. I don't really know, nor care. Just frustrated. Need to clean the water anyway.
2. Peanut finished up her last day at VBS and won a cute hat. While she was at VBS, Bullfrog cleaned up some of the bathroom and then watched kid's shows on Noggin. Made his entire day.
3. After picking Peanut up, we ran to Home Depot. We had a little cash to spend on the house and bought some color light bulb, light fixture, regular light bulbs, and door bumpers. Oh, and 2 new light switch plates. In Peanut's room, I fixed the light fixture in her closet (somewhat) and put in a red light bulb to serve as a "night light." We also put a door bumper on the wall to cover the small amount of damage the door had caused plus prevent it from continuing to damage the wall. She also now has a Tinkerbell light switch plate. In Bullfrog's room, I installed a blue light bulb in his recessed light fixture for his "night light." He also now has a Cars light switch plate. In my room, I have fixed the light fixture in the closet and put a door bumper on the door where the closet hits it ... however, my shelf in my closet fell to the floor today. *sigh* So now I have a minor set back in redoing our room as I have to buy a shelving system.
4. The remaining clothes that were cleaned have been folded and almost all of them have been put away. So we swung over to K's and played in the big pool. It was fun to let the kids chill, even though Peanut could have used a serious nap, and let the adults goof off a bit.

Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, did the remaining of the dishes.

Tomorrow my game plan is picking up our milk, paying a few bills, and then take care of the trash in our master bedroom. I need to buy some hangers and get some of our clothes hung up and out of our dresser. I work tomorrow night so I have to cut back on how much I do and get some sleep in. I am getting ready to change my work schedule on my calendar so it matches my new schedule.
