So by 4pm she is cranky, tired, and doesn't want to nap because she doesn't want to miss anything. Reminds me a LOT of my daughter! Speaking of my daughter, we had a HUGE development yesterday!! She came in to tell us the training wheel that was beginning to break, had broken off and she didn't know where all the parts were. I had told her earlier (like last fall) that when it finally broke off, it was staying off and I was NOT replacing it. She told me that she was doing okay with just one training wheel on. I told her that one training wheel did her no good and if she could ride with one, she could ride with NONE. So she agreed and asked Donna to take the other training wheel off. That was at 10am. I didn't see her again until 11:50am when it was time for lunch. Then that was only long enough for her to grab her food and go back outside to eat her lunch with the older girls at the outdoor table. Then I saw her again for a few around 1:30pm when we did popcorn and a movie but by 2:15pm she was outside again until 4pm. Yes, she did get burned but she is tanning up quickly. Now Bullfrog is ready to bike. He wants to learn w/o training wheels and when he gets his mind set on something, there is NO telling him he can't do it. He just doesn't believe those words. So, I have a feeling that as soon as he figures out how to keep the bike up so he can get on it ... he will be riding without training wheels.

Peanut's new frames came in yesterday and she was so excited to get her glasses fixed. The frames broke only a couple hours after school got out and she has been going without. We took them in to find out how much it would cost to get them fixed and they told us they were under warranty. SWEET! She is back to wearing her glasses regularly and hopefully we will be done with the headaches for awhile.
This morning I got up at 3am because I was too tired to stay up late last night. I had to make banana bread to use up my remaining bananas. I have made 2 loaves and nearly 70 mini muffins so far. I have 2 more loaves to make and then I will be done baking until Sunday. I will probably do my baking for next week on Sunday after taking my daughter to Donna's house for the night. Why is she going? Because she has OCD and LOVES to clean! We have the fire marshal coming on Monday afternoon to check out the house and she is going to help Donna finish getting the house ready. Donna has a list of things to do and Peanut's job is to help get everything checked off. She has NO idea she is getting to stay the night, she just knows she gets to go help Donna out.
Saturday we are in for fun. We are going to the pool from 10-12:30 when it is free, HOWEVER we will probably leave by noon. We were going to go roller skating for free from 1-3pm but I think we are going to head out to Shatto Dairy and meet up with some friends and tour the farm for Family Fun Days. Then T-Bones are in the evening. I can not wait. I just absolutely love summer and this summer is even better with the day care going on and my kids out playing with other kids most of the day.
