Finally Friday

Thank goodness! This week was L.O.N.G. and Friday could not come soon enough. Yesterday we were going to take all the kids to Deanna Rose but they kept not listening and so we decided to inflate the water slide and let the children who WERE being good, play. That turned out to be a huge hit. So glad we opted for that. After the pool, we had the kids eat cantaloupe and orange slices so they wouldn't have anything too heavy and then it was time to go home. Of COURSE there would be an accident on the shoulder, with no damage, so traffic was going 5 miles an hour until you passed the last cop car and then everyone sped way up. Took me an hour to get home though. *sigh*
Last night Peanut cooked dinner for us. First time ever, and she burned the first 1/2 lb of beef. Why? Because she was WATCHING it turn brown instead of stirring it UNTIL it turns brown. Toss that and restart. After that flub-up, we had a really yummy Cheeseburger Ranch Hamburger Helper meal. :)

I went to bed with Jeremy again last night instead of finishing all my chores. However, decided this morning NOT to get up with him. lol. I still have a lot of stuff to do but I will do it over the weekend when I am not wiped out from watching children.

Today was payday so we have a few errands to run before going to work.
