Well this is something new that I am going to attempt. A few of my friends have been asking me to post my menus for the week and then the recipes. So, here goes nothing! :D My smoothies will be different daily. I bought mixed berries, strawberries and I have frozen mango to put into the smoothies.
Monday:
B - Smoothies & Cereal w/fruit
L - California Sushi Wraps w/orange slices
D - Loaded Nachos (chips topped with cheese, beef, refried beans, sour cream, guac, and salsa
Tuesday:
B - Smoothies & Cereal w/fruit
L - Mexican Grilled Cheese w/corn & Juice
D - Hamburgers & Baked Beans
Wednesday:
B - Smoothies & Cereal w/fruit
L - Grilled PB and Apple Sandwiches & Carrot Sticks
D - Country Fried Steaks & Baked Potatoes
Thursday:
B - Smoothies & Cereal w/fruit
L - Mac & Cheese w/hot dogs & peas served with canned fruit
D - Turkey and Potato Cheesy Casserole (see recipe below)
Friday:
B - Smoothies & Cereal w/fruit
L - Spaghetti & meatballs w/garlic toast & juice
D - Brinner (breakfast for dinner - omelets, waffles or pancakes, and bacon)
Turkey & Potato Cheesy Casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
3 c cooked turkey (can use chicken if desired)
8 oz sour cream
28oz potatoes O'Brien
1) Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray
2) Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
3) Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
4) Top with croutons or French Fried onions if desired!
