I think I have hit the bottom and starting to turn back towards the light. Things at work are getting a tad easier (for me at least, there are other issues going on but I think they are WAY overdue). This week has been pretty cool, with today being just Heavenly.
I worked last night and was already tired because the kidlets had woken up at 5am and so it made for a long day. But then yesterday afternoon my coworker asked me if I could watch her baby today. I couldn't say no, I LOVE her baby. She is easy to watch and is a bundle of fun. Plus, she's a baby. lol. Jer took us out to eat last night and then work was pretty decent.
Despite having to get the kids at 6am this morning, we had fun today. We are pet sitting a 2 month old puppy this weekend. So we had the dogs attempting to play together (more like our DOG running from the PUPPY that is the size of his head), Bullfrog helping watch the baby and Peanut at school. By afternoon, Jeremy took over watching the sweetheart of a child so that I could catch a cat nap. Of course, little one decided to crash the same time I did. *Sigh* Why wouldn't she nap earlier in the day for me? lol.
We topped the day off with our nightly walk around the park. We are working on making this habit. Everyone seems to enjoy it quite a bit. We are hoping to work up to making 3 laps because that is basically 1 mile. Right now we are walking 2 laps around.
I work again tonight and then Peanut has her first 4-H project tomorrow afternoon. She is doing foods. Other than that, I think we will spend time as a family. We have really missed this and I am looking to make up for lost time. :)
